The erosion of Institutional structure and it’s only getting worse from here.

There are probably few souls out there who dis-agree that military spending must be cut. Few also know that it is the only spending that is getting cut, and it is getting cut hard. A cut is not a thousand paper cuts, that’s just cruel:

“Why should I keep on bleeding myself and my family dry on MQT, CMR, FMC, UTE, RAP, FLUG, DTS, TDYs, OPRs, ATSO, SARC, CBTs, AT/FP, IA/IP, UCIs, SORTS,OREs, ORIs, AEFs, IPUG, BMC, when in the end nothing that I do seems to matter? To put it another way, why should I put service before self when my Chief is systematically dismantling my service? To use a perhaps appropriately joint analogy, I’m a strong swimmer – so why stay aboard a ship whose captain is running it aground?”

“O’Captain, My Captain, there are four icebergs and one in each direction”
“Full speed ahead!”
“Which heading my Captain?”

POTUS, do you have any idea how difficult it is to build a Professional Military and keep it? What happens when you try to rebuild it during a war? Do you know the half assed nature of your witless Flag Officers and how pathetic they have become?

Do you understand the ramifications of this – the biggest purge of all of our Federal services since Roosevelt? Do ANY of you understand what this leads too?

You are going to get very many people killed around here (And Elsewhere). It will take years to rectify this that you have done. Naval Officers talking bio-fuel pipedreams for Naval engagements of the future where no bio-fuel is.

Flag Officers speaking of war-gaming as “Anti-this or that”. War gaming is what Officers do. What do I need a Flag Officer for if he refuses to do it because it is “Abhorrent”? Talk to Lee in your inner Soul if you have one. Talk to Patton. Talk to George Washington or Lincoln for fucks sakes. Talk to GOD. What is correct is the Oath you took and if you look hard enough, you will it’s purpose.

A Military is only an evil tool if you have idiots running it, and it is evil more to it’s own Soldiers by the lack of virtue you show in the respect for their positions on the battlefield.

This is not a leak the WhiteHouse made that will get people killed. This is an Airforce Tradition that gets people saved. You had better not go after them.

I Am losing a perfectly good Nation right here, and I do not know if the Gideon is worth following.

If you are going to collapse anyway, it’s going to be Capitalism anyway. May as well find trading partners now.

Instead of focusing on Behemoth, end all – be all government daddys, arrange for the society that will emerge anyways and it shall alleviate a-lot of pain right in the future. Find your trading people.

Go to the Town hall, go to the community meetings, PTA, get your localities known before the balloon goes up! Find some friends so you may make the support network back home again. It may alleviate crime and  help the LEO’s too.

Be pioneers in the hood. Find some decent people if you can and bond – and talk to each-other.

Thou Shalt not covet IS Capitalism.

What it is and what it’s not. A lesson on newspeak.

Gay marriage is not about marriage. It is about eroding lawful institutions – predominately the church.

Healthcare has nothing to do with healthcare. It is about governments total control of your physical being.

Anti-piracy has nothing to do with piracy, it has everything to do with using the government to censor and putting competition out of business.

CISPA is not about protection, it’s about government control of the internet.

contraception has nothing to do with saving $8 for condoms, is nothing but an attack on Religious institutions and their health care provisions.

VAWA has nothing to do with violence against women, it’s trojan horse legislation that again imparts special rights to a group for voting power

The LOST treaty is about eroding your soverignty as a citizen to some international something you have no idea of learning about, and the government with whom you have no trust. Suckers.
What people cannot seem to grasp is that it is not what they want that is wrong, neccesarily, it is how they want to go about obtaining it.

But what pisses me up to Heaven is those that are hell bent on their single issues and refuse to move beyond them that plunge everyone into a grueling hell without even knowing it.

People have personal proclivities that sometimes prevent them from seeing how much better it would be if government would just get the fuck out of their way. People are progressive”” in a sense that they are not often happy being told what to do. Well, it seems that some are willing more now than ever to have governments do that for them with no thought to the un-intended consequence of the same.

Point in case – “Affirmitive action”. It may have been needed at the time, but sociatial norms may have turned to the point where it is more neccessary to hire competent people for the job than a particular race or creed or whatever. And when people are denied oppertunity due to lousy policy, it makes a bitter resentment. And
that could also turn to disdain for the government or worse, the people the law was meant to respect.

If I’m Black and the factory does not like it, I may find another that does not care if they hire me if I am good at what I do. You beat feet to where you may be successful and suceede, where you are wanted. It is not only profitable but benificial for everyone.

You see folks, it is not about “human” “Civil” or “equal” rights. It is about government power. Thats the worst. It should be about your individual rights. Your property rights.

I have your self interest at heart just by respecting your conception. It’s your right to life. If you are all equal, the law should see you as such no matter what as do I. When you create special rights for everybody, well, nobody is special. The problem is – everyone is in their own way. Everyone has somewhere they fit and may become prosperous.

But if you are there for yourself and forced upon others, thats just not worth their or your time. Would you not rather work where you are appreciated and wanted?

Were our economy free of restrictions placed on it by government, (The worst civil rights leaders on the planet) it would be easier for all to find their place.

Maybe you feel left out by “the system” but thats not the intent of “the system”.
The intent is to make money and money is not bad, the want of it more than people is bad. It’s ability to pay for your broken leg is good, or your salary, or your living standard. Government never has the cash to do such things. Your utopia is a suckfest and you still end up on the bottom unless you are latching on in a corrupt attempt to enrich yourself by government (See Joe Kennedy) Scumbag.

Thou Shalt not covet IS Capitalism.

You do not focus on Cesar, the “system” or other people. You focus on yourself. Government is always a distraction from this. It is a detractor of your being. It is always a userper of your being, and a robber of your Liberty and rights that are not theirs to bestow in the first place. You focus on your Family, Friends, Clan, Tribe, and defense. Government will erode all of these things.
Since when is your percieved grievance a business of the government unless it was created or propigated by it. I have news for you. The Government never is “of the people”.

If You are too lazy to make it do it’s simple role of protecting your property, And if you believe it is moral to take others property from them to suit your needs, you are a locust. A Pariah. A leach. Someone that has no respect for life in the first place. YOU ARE EVIL.

Just when I think about writing a post about why I think all of the ideas sponsored by the “left” are archaiac, someone comes up with a better way of putting it. Far be it from me to stand in that way. It is difficult to explain things to passionate people when you are passionate and partasian as am I.

Munson popped up and I must include his exacting comments:

“The belief in and insistence upon following a single path of progress underpinned by undeniable “universal truths” makes dialogue and compromise challenging at best.
At worst, secular ideology becomes as inflexible and righteous as religious doctrine and sets states on a collision course.”

“Critically, its adherents believe that for the hypothesis to succeed it must be universally adopted by all states and societies. Any that resist are seen as blocking the march of human progress and impairing the world system. ”

There are many ways to fix problems and your lack of imagination is making it all that more difficult to pursue. When presented solutions, you discard them.

So as long as your asshole is in charge, no solutions shall be presented. Re-elect that asshole and I shall bring them elsewhere. That asshole – sort of a god to you, is not worth any of my time and shall not be granted any. He lies to you and you believe him because you just do not really care. It is all about narrative and politics to you. He is not worth the sweat off of my balls. I have vastly more experience in watching countries implode.

So, if Ten Commandments are not enough for you, good luck in a GULAG assholes.

And lastly – Do as you shall, but you shall find consequence in the weeds you are planting. My part will continue to be voluntarily non-committal to your childish and arrogant cause.

I prefer temples of Cedar, not wormwood. Houses on ROCK, not sand.

There is alot of chatter about the U.S. Army’s FM 3-39.40. There is speculation that this is something new and I thought I would do some research into it as I myself have been part of such operations.

In the past, back when GTMO was just a Naval station in the early nineties; Fidel Crusto decided to turn lose prisoners, mental wards, and some of the population en-masse, to the United States via raft.

Needless to say, Miami could not handle the 30,000 plus people that wanted Librita. Ergo, we had to buldoze part of the Island to accomidate them until their identities could be verified and Immigration could also run it’s course.

Back in that day, it was called an EPW operation FM 3-19.40 (Previously POW FM 19-40) And now aptly called INTERNMENT AND RESETTLEMENT OPERATIONS FM 3-39.40 in new-speak. It is a legitimate Field Manual issued for legitimate purpose of generic mass personnel internment. I do not know why it is not listed in the Library of Congress yet but I assume they are backed up a little. Heh!

These regulations are often updated because of New-Speak, lessons learned, additional information, and capabilities and I will say it’s quite encompassing.

Just because they are released does not mean it’s a current policy, plan, or operation.

I have reservations about the current Administrations use of power but I find the release of this manual in no way related.

What is funny is there are many more manuals more cringeworthy but I would be loathe to bring those up seeing as there is plenty of conspiricy writ out there already.

One note, the new manual is impressive and covers many of the things we learned the hard way in the GTMO operation and many operations not found in the older manuals but the language is quite similar.

05/09/12 – U.S Army Official Responds to Re-Education Camp Manual.

“It is clear from Wood’s response that she has either not read the documents properly or has been directed to downplay their significance by asserting they do not apply within the United States, a claim clearly disproved by the numerous references within the manual to how its instructions can be applied as part of “domestic civil support operations.””

It is proper to point out that this is not meant to be a public document and to even post it on the internet is probably against the law. Be that as it may, tightening screws on it is not going to help matters much at this point. It will be very difficult in this time to keep such things under lock and key. The administration itself leaks like a siiv.

I just wanted to point out that the meaning of contingency applies and if something like this is to actually come to fruition, the fact that this document was leaked alone tells you that you shall know if the balloon actually goes up.

There is no way vendors will not alert US that purchasing is happening of certain goods, and Soldiers will also be waving red flags as well.

I disappoint in the fact that an official response was made without pointing out the generic purpose of the need for contingency documents. Bringing up the need for a FIOA request will not alleviate the public’s need for full disclosure and probably makes it look even more devious. Defusing a “bomb” after it has gone off is not the way to deal with the public.

I am happy that the public is concerned with such things. I wish the media would also do their damn job on the issue.

By the way, if it is an official response, where is it on the internet on an official site?

Let’s focus on Justice (for real) This Opine is most suited for what we need to trust in #LAW – It’s a must read.

Paul Craig Roberts:

“A consensus against wrongful conviction is hampered by ideology that portrays wrongful conviction as a racially motivated phenomenon or as the operational result of “the white male hegemonic order.” Wrongful conviction is too widespread and serious a problem to be politicized. In fact, inner-city black juries are more suspicious of cases brought by police and prosecutors than are white suburban juries. If it were not for coercive plea bargains, inner-city blacks would face a lower risk of wrongful conviction than whites. The focus on racial bias cloaks the real problem of prosecutorial misconduct.”

This is very correct. It is a study into why things are the way they are. You are using a fulcrum where a pencil will do.  Furthermore, you are overlapping problems. Division in the LAW is lawlessness. Lynch mobs are lawless. Trial by media are lawless, and there are few reputable Journalists (at least with me). Could we use the tools we already have… please?

All may learn. Go on and pre-order This book. It’s already an Amazon #1.

“Mr. DuBois is inviting you to the geopolitical and physical battlefield, into the homes of enemies and friends, through the military and political processes of War, and into the minds of the many men and women that serve in the Armed Forces.”

It spans far more than battle and opens the field up in many diverse ways:

“…there are huge swaths of the Globe that remain only superficially “connected” both economically and technically. And while “we” are all busy laying battle lines we’re neglecting the ICT, education, and economics that will make the world a safer and more free place….”

There are full range of options presented to keep US out of war. It’s worth a read.

Forget the media circus. Is this how we treat Veterans, or any US Citizens for that matter? Give him back #Iran

Maybe we need sharper language to protect our own:

“To be clear, this state of affairs is distinctly different from American citizens knowingly breaking the laws of states—however unjust we may find them—and suffering the consequences. It is about Americans being deliberately mistreated by foreign nations. “

ANY American Citizen, but an ignored MARINE? Forget hikers, he visits family and asks permission and ends up with a death sentence? I think not. He asked for everything prior to leaving. Turn him over Iran.

Where we sit in the Caucus – #Russia #Turkey #Georgia #Iran #Israel #Azerbaijan

Likely option for the Russians as they amass their armies on western Irans border – mainly Caucus region. Whats there? Georgia and Azerbaijan. I could see them settling old scores with Georgia, punch on through to Azerbaijan where sits Iran. If Azerbaijan was where Israel was to fly mission from, well, that option just got difficult. You always need ground crew.

One outstanding point about this is also the fact that the Azeris want alot to do with Iran post mullah. Whats the Russian view of this?

Turkey is obviously a Fulcrum here. They have promised to assist US, but to what point? and can I trust the CINC to not make this a entebbe moment.

04/18/12 – INSS completes something I wanted to go further on. I would not advise Russia use this as opportune time to right old wrongs or to settle prowess. Actually the opposite. For Russia, it is time to build Humnit, source capability, Intel, humanitarian crap, and refugees are going to be trouble for all Nations. Turkey, Jordan, etc are facing some numbers so it’s important to learn from those who flee a nation.

Russia protects port in Syria, the rest right now may be un-wise. Russia is the Intel . Israel frontline actor, US, reluctant partner. As you stated, Russia, you were not really interested in Iran as you were Syria. NO?

For those of you whom may have thought you lost with your support #GOP – Embrace the Suck #TCOT

Few official campaigns remain in the Republican Presidential nomination race. But some are Suspended. Those campaigns are not over yet. That support structure, donars, Money, all of it is a toolbox for you to still influence things. If you liked the Candidate, it’s OK to still donate to them.

I think A bastion of sanity from the Senate would be a breath of fresh air. I feel like This Country has been in a Las Vegas casino for a decade. And they are unionized. Better yet, Keep a Congress. That would be swell. Those two are a must right now. President? I know of Senators who can bang up a President pretty bad.

The point is, We need a legal system in This Country that will be respected by it’s own members because 88,000 federal pound me in the ass prison laws a year is just plain FUGLY. And if the people no longer have the ability to control the behavior of their government, they are not governed, they are SLAVES. 30% will worship that golden calf right off the bat. And they must be stoned because no one would worship a golden calf unless they had too many drugs in their system.

You may see why Israel fasts soon enough. And with WWIII around the bend here, you need to choose very wisely whom you support as A Nation. Let’s face it, no matter what happens it’s just going to be a suck fest no matter whom you are. So can we all admit something is so damnit deeply wrong to just think that the holes we are drilling in this boat may not help US much when we hit the main deck. And damnit, ya left the brie cheese below deck. Should you go back damn down there to get it or will you be comfortable during the storm just taking a hand?

Back to the suspended campaigns:

Their Interest most closely align with yours and if that support was there before, they all still influence this election. All of that money, infrastructure, body politic does not disappear just because your candidate walks off the stage. They will still be there.

So you shall hear them again, and I know this has been a very difficult mess to sort. These Candidates, these all nine in the race are all fine enough in their restraint of power. Responsibility for budgets maybe not. They all have excellent attributes and all shall have flaws. But those that stood up for This Nation, I am proud of that. At least they try, and most all with good intentions.

Please don’t ignore this grand learning experience we did have in a true Republic Democracy before some guy wearing leotards decided to land Air Force One on all of our Foot Ball Fields, and tear them up so bad we did not know our own range of play. Well, that was before he was ensuring States had no way to enforce voting laws and he stopped deporting felons. (And someone said he outsourced our election to some company in Spain to manage but who knows). Mittens? Romney will work just fine. As I say, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.

Santorum punched way above his weight – The GOP way below theirs. Needed him in 08 but okay. Santorum must tend to his Child. He is one of the most Honest candidates since the 1800’s. But face it, conservatives do not sell in PENN. But good ball coaches do. I would not for one minute have issue with a Man of his Character behind levers of power. But Rick, you do feed into the social issues too deep. Veins matter not when there is an artery open. That’s GAME.

Time: This is Pesach, Comes After Purim. Sometime near when the Titanic sunk in the Atlantic (And yes, it is an actual ship and the Atlantic is an ocean – with fishes and sharks and shit) It should be around midnight EST too. (Eastern.. nevermind)

Location: Greater Israel (the great satan or whatever you call it) I guess it is Leviathan now, POTUS? Are you a King now? Nevermind.

Mission: To prevent the promises made from being broken for our Elders. To take care of ourselves first, and others when we can – or may. To respect others property, privacy, and to maintain plural relationships. And push Idle talk and crap that gets US nowhere – AWAY.

Task: Get people to stop meddling so much and tell them JEWBACCA is not going to stop the walls from closing in forever. The entire Wookie Defence Ploy is in play. Things look different when it feels like you friends are having a lovers quarrel right before everyone gets squished.

Conditions: Given a very volitile, financially strapped world, a bankrupt social welfare system, false economies, plunging housing investments, a bust banking system, inflation, rising energy prices, jumping jihadis and haji, losing Africa to … we dunno,  ensure the US elections are fair, with inflation, and many bankrupt states, with a greater population than the population of all of Germany that is un-employed,  to prevent the currency from being debased to the deferment to black market, to de-regulate wherever possible, to burn this godless tax code in the burn barrel behind the latrine, To burn this obamacare law back out in the desert where the ashes may never- ever be found, to focus on water before THAT becomes a world issue, to drill for everything, refine everything, and use everything you get from this earth wisely., Bury the blood after you kill it tho, all while in HOC to the Chinese. and blah blah blah – Keep This Country in tact and it’s allies. I do not give a damn your tribe nor your race whatever that means, I just don’t give a damn so STFU. Get that installed in you Romney, and by the way – I would really like to have a Mormon in charge when SHTF. Got that part right. Be prepared that during the campaign they will attack the Religion more than you. And that will plum piss me off. Anyway… as you were.

Thank GOD Moses was not a President. I feel for you man, I really do. I suggest whomever you may be to focus on the above.

God Bless and keep the government, the Hell away from me.

There is some Sub play going on between the Koreans. #NORK #NKOR

And I doubt there will be stopping it if the wizards of GULAG get sporty:

The ROE is to fire back if fired upon. If you dance this in those yugo subs, you are gonna get sunk, NORK.

“If the South is shot upon again by the North, there is no question in my mind that South Korea will respond,” Cha says. “In the past, South Korean ship commanders were required to go up the chain of command for approval to shoot. After the 2010 incident, commanders were given a standing order to retaliate.”

Forcing action through standing order allows the battle to defer to the offender.

And to add to pinnacle of good articles – There is Eric Garland! #STRATIN

And as brilliant followup to many meaningful talk this week, this guy bashes STRATIN with due measure and discretion that is so worth again bringing up front. New Media is going to be just that:

“Most of these firms are considered Too Big to Fail by their respective nation-states, as evidenced by General Motors and Chrysler in 2009, and the markets are thus convoluted by subsidies, special regulations, and protectionism. One cannot predict the future of a marketplace by trend analysis alone, because oligopolies do not compete the same way as do firms in free markets. “

“The study of the future used to be easier to sell, maybe because the analysis usually predicted the growth of the consumer economy or the next great gadget. But the future is no longer nearly as palatable, and the customers are less interested. “

Sold? I Am.

Leedon hits one out of the park.

Ref this government:

“it provides for their security, foresees and supplies their necessities, facilitates their pleasures, manages their principal concerns, directs their industry, regulates the descent of property, and subdivides their inheritances: what remains, but to spare them all the care of thinking and all the trouble of living?”

or how about this:

“”The nature of despotic power in democratic ages is not to be fierce or cruel, but minute and meddling.” Tocqueville described the new tyranny as “an immense and tutelary power,” and its task is to watch over us all, and regulate every aspect of our lives:”

Remus as always does excellent work. He wrote this on #collapse

He writes:

“The tip offs are as predictable as they are universal. Debased and manipulated currency. Schemes to confiscate or outlaw real wealth. Rule by fraud and force. Elitists and personality cults. Purchased allegiance. Showy displays of unmerited privilege. Deteriorating standards in education, deportment and mores. A steady drop in technological innovation. Overly complex, unpredictable and corrupt governance. And most ominous, a creeping conviction established authority is illegitimate at its root.”

It points to the un-serious nature of our politicians. Cynical and arrogant.

Russia, we never knew ya. (And Europe too… and #India, and #Iran, and…)

04/02/12 – No April fools. I told you that if you messed around in Syria, you would see issues;

Bout is getting a life sentence. He is, of course, our citizen. The USA is setting a precedent,” reads the first tweet. “I think we will put Americans on trial if they commit crimes in our country. From now on they are not subject to extradition,”

That’s pleasantries – those of you Democrats that went to charm school should understand this:

“Russia and Iran have “multiple grounds for cooperation,” Mehmanparast said in an interview with state-run news agency. The “horizon of relations with Russia will be bright” and the level of relations will rise considerably, he said.”

See, that’s a new romance with someone that has a S-400 and does want Syria. Afterall, they are going to sell to India. With no Al Assad, there is no Hezbollah. When you outright escaped my advice to not play in Syria, Russia did as they shall. They shall demand trade.

It is not like you were not going to screw Israel over anyways, just you forgot that in doing so, you decided to give up geopolitical positions many paid for dearly.

One other thing I have read and it is very convincing that with no Syria, Iran basically drops. Know how?

I know how.

You should know how too.

A quick snippet (summation) over the day at #SCOTUS over Impale You Care. #fail

As only as Justice Alito may put it:

General Verrilli, today you are arguing that the penalty is not a tax.  Tomorrow you are going to be back, and you will be arguing that the penalty is a tax.  Has the Court ever held that something that is a tax for purposes of the taxing power under the Constitution is not a tax under the Anti-Injunction Act?”

Situational awareness – Robbers #LEO #safety

Three separate conversations that are meant to bring you awareness. If times get rough.. and they will, than this should be quite useful knowledge:

“Chances are good you are a law abiding person except for maybe a little light weed smoking and maybe driving a little drunk every once in a while. Most of your life you have been taught to be nice and don’t point guns at people. You are the exact opposite of your enemy who was taught just the opposite. Remember a lot of street life is like prison life. Who’s the man is everything. Violence is the currency of the street. “

“In Gavin Debecker’s book, The Gift of Fear, he talks about how victims interviewed after being victimized start out saying “I don’t know why, but something felt wrong…” but if you drill down and get them to go into sharp detail, they can eventually name the series of details that led them to that intuition that told them FEAR THIS.”

“It really was benificial to me, to help me understand what I did wrong back when I was assaulted back in 95 by three punko’s! Fortunately I had a ride in an ambulance and a short stay at a hospital. I survived and learned not to be so trusting of strangers … and nice guys don’t always even finish! “

Learning from others is the point here. It may be worth your time to study just a little, small information may be the difference between Life and Death.

#Russia – The simple circular defense manuver in response to our actions, and what may be expected.

ABC Reports Russian Troops Have Arrived In Syria, Russia Denies

The Russians are adimant about regaining their sphere of influence. Imagine a conversation”

Q: Why are you going to invade Georgia?
A: Why did you invade Kosovo?
A: You may keep Israel, but we want Syria. We have a naval base there.

Naturally, as We deploy minesweepers to the Straight Of Hormuz, and the Russians send Marine units to Syria, to their port. They have Three ships. Strangely, they did not seem to care to defend Iran – “If you want to take Iran, take Iran but do not mess with us in Syria”. (That’s codespeak for “we will make sure we make everything you do very difficult for you to do until you pay us off somehow”)

Makes sense as the Russians have just as much to lose with a nuclear Iran as would ourselves.

It appears to me that Russia wants to persue a King Ruble strategy and that means beefing up their petrol empire. With Europe in HOC and the US being too stupid to compete, they may have a fighting chance… except for the rank corruption which is as big as ever in Russia.

With Syria, Russia could have a complete defense and pipeline loop of secure fuel for Europe – and a far stronger Ruble. This makes Tiblisi as a mere speed bump on the way through Turkey and ultimately out of a military port in Syria.

Seeing as the Russians have made numerous past (Military and/or “Aid”) investments in the likes of Syria and Lebanon, make no expectation of the Russians to taint long term goals for which they have been long laying railroad tracks. Were it their choice, they probably would like to have a very large base in Syria. I do not see them having qualms with whomever takes Syria. I am sure the Syrians no matter whom,  are not going to mess with the Russians at the port.

Just sayin.

Now we have downward mobility. This is going the wrong way #economy

It means everyone gets poorer, and the government has less revenue. At a certain point, the US Government will no longer have anyone to take money from to squander.

Less demand on goods raises their prices and makes them more sparse. There is inflation currently but it is was masked by cheaper oil prices. Wait until these commodities meet demand. This is going to be a train wreck, I assure you.

Just a few will be able to get on a plane and leave this place when it is all said and done – after they have wrecked it totally.

Hopefully the lawmakers will be trapped here with the rest of us.

It is going to be as easy as a light switch to lock the country down. #natsec

Friday afternoon is the news cycle that the media misses.
This Friday, the President signed another defence signing statement – National Defense Resources Preparedness.

This comes right after signing the NDAA.

Also – I don’t know if you saw what the NSA was building –

“When Barack Obama took office, Binney hoped the new administration might be open to reforming the program to address his constitutional concerns. He and another former senior NSA analyst, J. Kirk Wiebe, tried to bring the idea of an automated warrant-approval system to the attention of the Department of Justice’s inspector general. They were given the brush-off. “They said, oh, OK, we can’t comment,” Binney says.”

Why does DHS need 180,000 people to operate, and LARGE ammunition too? That’s a small army right there and for what? I guess there is no need for Posse Comitatus if it is not the Military acting on our soil.

Does any of this bother you?

Why would you constantly work on being able to lock down the country unless you intended to do so?

Do you plan to become a dictator, POTUS?

I had the finest Parents in the world. (and out)

I am a petulant little brat. My Parents, They Spend about $400 for an entire year of Encyclopedia Brittanica. I spent Three years reading it. If only I could have read that instead of wasting time in that damnit boring as hell school. I also like communications like Radio, CB, HAM, anything where people may speak. Thats so important. But Never tell them, I read every one of those books thy bought and it was WELL SPENT MONEY. Tragic to lose them. But I read some things that were… nevermind.

Anyways, those books were so awesome that I forgot more than I read.
It was not that I read at urging, but they were in the living room which was beautiful – and on the bottom shelf. Mahogany Bookshelf – to me Giant.I would clean and vacuum the house as everyone was gone,Clean up, sit on that very civil war esque couch, and then read books on the shelf.

This fine Company, Encyclopedia Brittanica, My Condolance. You gave me a #HEADSTART

There must be a wild west somewhere and that is the internet now. As far as I know the United States of America and NO ONE ELSE owns it. Yet NO government has authorization to regulate it.

If you want your people to be stupid, un-educated, and unable to talk, YOU ARE A SLAVE OWNER.
There will be no more of this.
Almost all governments on this earth suck ass right now.

Let people talk to each other. If you try to capitalize it, I will crash and burn this to the ground. BABEL

Or, you could be a no talkin MOFO IF...

Leave the internet, the interwebs, the tweetweterdweebs, and good shit alone.

An ecclectic view of the conundrum that is #Afghanistan.

There are many different aspects to this… whatever it is.

First, there is the Murder of Civillians by the troop:

“Politics be damned. It must be handled under UCMJ – probably ART 118 which carries death penalty. After the Investigation, will see what mitigating circumstance the Troop has. The AO was a particularly nasty place in Afghanistan.

The issue as far as the military should be the fact that the timing of this put every Soldier in Afghanistan at greater danger. Having our plans to leave there disintegrating could mean the difference between an orderly exit from country, and getting our Troops shot in the back on the way out.

It is a heinous offence to have killed those civilians. An even greater one to have put all of your team mates, your brothers in greater danger.”

The lightfighters are also weighing in:

“Total BS. This guy flipped, but it wasn’t 4 deployments in 10 years, marital problems, and Sniper school that did it. I fucking hate the media. Anybody else notice they really have a hard on for us lately. They are really going out of their way to report all the bad they can about this war.
I’m here right now, and this guys actions are not going to go unanswered. I’m also on deployment 5 in 11 years, a Sniper Section Leader, and have 3 kids and a tad bit of maritail difficulties. This guy did this, not because anything he was taught, and he dishonors himself, his comrades(fallen or standing), his nation and his family. I hope I don’t fucking know him.”

On a wider scope from CNAS:

“Yet US military officials remain reluctant to drawdown forces. One White House proposal reportedly on the table would have 10,000 US troops leaving by year’s end, and another 10,000 by mid-2013. The mid-2013 date, however, concerns commanders on the ground, who have made it clear that they don’t like giving up troops before the end of the fighting season, which runs from spring until autumn. “

And that sounds like timing is more important than feelings. The prudent path is not always the preferred one.

And finally, the last point I would like to make here.

Look at the language used in these articles and note specificly the second headline. We know it was one lone Soldier on his own but the media expand it to “Western forces”. Pretty low. It definately has bearing on how things are seen over there. And the “Journalists” think they are doing the world a great service.

Another caveat. If Soldiers defense becomes PTSD, whats to say a not so distant leader will one day use that information to lock certain Soldiers up in mental institutions.

Active conversations:

03/18/12 – Two noteworthy articles I wanted to relay –

“The compensation policies we have pursued over the last decade imply that we think service members are solely motivated by personal financial gains.  Let me assure you, this is not true, but the question remains; how much is too much?  Where do we draw the line?  How much do you pay people when it’s impossible to objectively determine what they deserve?”

May I say, For the very reason this Soldier stands on his trial for his life and the fact that you know you may not be returning whole tells me right here that this is the just and proper pay Soldiers should be receiving right now. Moreover, whom else in the entire federal worker pay system faces the mortal threat Our Soldiers face? How many do you see on trial for their lives? Some live quite lavish. Maybe looking at the military for that answer may be the wrong part of the government to focus on.

Also, prior to this Rogue act, General John Allen tried to defuse a bomb before it went off:

“There will be moments like this, when your emotions are governed by anger and a desire to strike back. Now is not the time for revenge, now is the time to look deep inside your souls, remember your mission, remember your discipline, remember who you are.”

Tough one for sure.

03/19/12 – “And let’s not take the easy way out and blame The Man for the actions of a man because it fits your narrative. That’s not justice and it’s irresponsible. Robert Bales is not the victim here – the victims are in Afghanistan.”

I guess it will be okay to make everyone ground hobbits. But nobody asked me. I wanted to be a Panda Bear. #SICKpeople

Every time a democrat administration obtains greater power, they believe it is good enough time as any to start their little eugenics experiments going. After all, since the Chinese are “doing it” we should too. It is actually a very hard and long subject but just to give you a clue of it’s invalidity, it is cloaked under “Climate Change”. AHEM

This sickness purveyance; that a government will have all rights to the lives of other people is to me sickening. You people are SICK. Just straight up mentally ill.

Also – more skanky liberal ideas.

03/14/12 – Made an update on this so I can track the Utter Sickness of these people. Sick. Yeah, just sick.

Where is the line.

I believe when the ballot box no longer works, the line has been crossed. But know this, the line was long ago crossed:

“Though the central force toward an Omnipotent State has historically been the Democratic Party (including the special-interest groups allied with it), the Republican Party cannot be held blameless. Its power-brokers have often behaved as if an unbounded federal government is perfectly all right with them, so long as Republicans hold the levers of power. Thus it will be insufficient to elevate Republicans over Democrats at the next election (and subsequent ones). A statist can wear garb of any colors. He can spout rhetoric as stirring as any other man. It’s not how he looks or sounds that matters, but what he does.”

I got it from Remus but since he has a screwed up way not not being able to separate posts, I give you Porretto’s post straight up. It’s a must read.
